Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. On-site kick off meeting(s) and wrap up meeting(s) at a City of Hampton owned building(s). Number of meetings will be determined by the number of enrolled participants. There may be participants who cannot attend the on-site meeting. Therefore, the ability for participants to come to the vendor’s place of business would also be needed. 2. During the on-site kick off and wrap up meeting(s) conduct a body composition analysis such as Inbody BIA(Bioelectrical impedance analysis) or equivalent for each participant at both the start and the finish of the challenge and should measure at least the following: a. Body fat mass b. body fat percentage c. total body water d. total body weight e. skeletal muscle mass f. amount of muscle in each arm and each leg g. basal metabolic range h. measurements of waist abdomen and hips 3. Thirty (30) day clean eating plan to include portions and food list. The vendor should employ a registered dietician. Food list(s) must consider and have options for those with current dietary restrictions or medical conditions.
