Offerors shall provide the following information and documentation 1. Minimum WiFi 6 standard for client connections 2. Support a minimum of approximately 20 client connections per bus. 3. Support ability to support video streaming of 1 interior camera for safety. 4 All necessary equipment for full connectivity including but not limited to WAPs, antennas, modem/router, cabling, mounting equipment. 5. Non-permanent installation option with applicant installed or provider installed options. 6. Ruggedized equipment with operating temperature range from at least -30 degrees Celsius to +65 degrees Celsius. 7. Vendor’s map of wireless service availability within the district’s boundaries and identification of any dead zones or areas with limited 5G service availability. 8. Provide manufacturer’s specification sheets for equipment and any other technical information available. 9. No increased pricing will be allowed during the term of the quoted special construction, NRC, and MRC rate. Equipment prices that may increase due to U.S. Government tariffs imposed on imports should be identified. Offerors should propose an acceptable methodology for limiting price adjustments over the life of the contract. Subject to contract restrictions, services may be reevaluated for cost-effectiveness at any time during the life of the agreement including renewal periods. 10. Proposals must include all costs associated with providing services, to include but not limited to a. monthly service fees, managed router/modem leases fees (if required for service to function), one time activation or connection charges, estimated taxes, fees or surcharges, b.
