1.) Quantity of Four 3 ton 208/230v 1Ph outdoor condensing units with matching 208/230v 1Ph Air Handler to meet a minimum AHRI 15 SEER - The outdoor condensing units shall have low global warming potential refrigerant R454B refrigerant (no other refrigerant allowed), Scroll compressors with internal pressure relief and internal thermal overload, durable exterior painted finish, wire coil guards over coil or an equal to coil guard, and allowable manufactured long line installation. - The Air Handlers shall have refrigerant leak detection dissipation system, multi-tap ECM motor, minimum R-4 cabinet insulation with vapor barrier, allowable multiconfiguration for AHU installation, filter rack area with removable filter rack door, condensate drain pans, durable exterior painted finish, and R-454B matching coil and TXV to the outdoor condensing unit. 2.)
