The office space is approx. 39,907 sq. ft. spread between three (3) floors, including one (1) main lobby/waiting area, clinic, dental clinic, environmental health area and executive office suite and waiting area, three (3) breakroom areas (one on each floor) four (4) conference rooms, and eleven (11) bathrooms. Daily Cleaning Checklist: • Clean and disinfect all restrooms to include toilets and sinks, wipe counters, sweep restroom floors and empty restroom trash. • Clean employee breakrooms – wiping down tables, counters and appliances. • Clean microwave ovens, inside and outside. • SANITIZE baby changing tables in client restrooms. • Clean entrance and exit doors (both sides), remove all scuff marks, dirt, handprints, etc. • Disinfect all common area frequently touched areas to include doorknobs, keypads, light switches, office machines, lobby/waiting area.
