a. Pasco Sporting Complex – Softball Facility: i. There is a brick-and-mortar full-service concession stand at this facility. It is intended that the successful concessionaire for this facility will enter into a lease agreement with the City for exclusive use of the concession stand and with the lease be granted the right and responsibility to provide concession services from the stand during all regularly scheduled softball/baseball exclusive league games and tournaments. For special, non-softball/baseball events, and for softball/baseball events that incorporate additional non-softball/baseball activities and attractions, it is intended that the concessionaire will abide by and work with the city and tournament directors according to the related provisions outlined in the final contract. ii. It is anticipated that the Pasco Sporting Complex-Softball Facility concessions will be operated during the months of approximately March - October. Concessions will be required to be open during all scheduled tournaments and league games, which leagues may include Adult, High School, Middle School, & Youth Recreation leagues among others. The concessions must be available no less than 30 minutes before and until the completion of each game. The attached tentative schedule (Attachment B) is to be used to assist in preparing submittals. b. Pasco Sporting Complex – Soccer Facility: i.
