Bidder shall describe its qualifications to support the recruitment and successful employment of qualified individuals to fill Positions within BHA. BHA is particularly interested in contractors with substantial experience and expertise in recruitments for state behavioral health Facilities, including forensic behavioral health services, and who are specialized in recruiting within specific Position Groups. • Group 1: Psychiatrists, Physicians, Psychologists, Neuropsychologists, and Physician Assistants (PAs) • Group 2: Nurses (e.g., RNs, Psychiatric Security Nurses (PSNs) or LPNs, Medical Assistants, Mental Health Technicians (aka CNA) • Group 3: Other Health or Hospital Leadership Professions not in Group 1 or 2 • Group 4: (excluding ESH): Other non-clinical Professions. BHA may identify more than one contractor for any Position Group. BHA makes no guarantee of any minimum number of recruitments that will be assigned to any Contractor but merely seeks to establish a pool of qualified contractors it can call upon when recruitment services are needed within the applicable Position Grouping.
