Specifications include, but are not limited to: Facilitate Joint Planning Work Plan with Stakeholders The contractor will host one or more meetings with representatives of the Snohomish County Broadband Action Team and community stakeholders to gather information and refine strategic planning project objectives, scope of work, and deliverables. This task will include the development of a workplan and accompanying timeline. Current Assets and Mapping (Part One) Identify and map the public and private existing broadband infrastructure in Snohomish County including fiber, cable, DSL, and towers. Identify and map existing Snohomish County interconnection infrastructure between existing County facilities and external customers to determine current restrictions. Analysis of broadband service providers and/or offerings in Snohomish County Map broadband speed throughout Snohomish County including: Served home delivered speeds by provider including fiber, cable, DSL, and towers. Capacity (speed limitations) of existing subscribers and identification of areas where current infrastructure may not fully meet demand and/or meet demand of planned population growth. Determine and map current broadband speeds interconnecting County facilities and external customers.
