The City of Kent is seeking a qualified architectural firm who will provide full design and construction documentation services for a multi-facility civic improvement project. This effort will include the complete renovation of the future Administrative Services Building (ASB), which will house all City departments, except the Kent Police Department (KPD). Concurrently, the Centennial Center will be redesigned to serve as KPD’s new headquarters and will include the construction of a new City Council Chamber on the first floor—sharing space with the public-facing KPD lobby and other civic uses. Additionally, the adjacent Annex building will undergo light renovation to become a dedicated evidence storage facility for the police department.
