The COLLEGE seeks to update and streamline the corporate and athletic brands and is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed, and experienced Firms to identify, develop, and implement a comprehensive rebranding initiative to replace or enhance the current corporate and athletic brands of Wenatchee Valley College. Proposals should contain a proposed scope of work that includes the following: A comprehensive audit of both the COLLEGE and WVC Athletic brands An overview of higher education branding best practices A review of current branding efforts of other Washington State community colleges A thorough review of the draft strategic plan; this is anticipated to be finalized in late spring of 2024 A series of internal and external focus groups. These may include: Faculty Administration Trustees Students Alumni Community members Elected officials A comprehensive branding strategy based on organizational values outlined in the strategic plan that includes both the COLLEGE and Athletics, leverages best practices, and positions the COLLEGE as the institution of choice A toolkit of marketing and advertising templates. This should include: Print and digital advertising materials Promotional items such as mugs, shirts, pens, backpacks Website design Social media cover and profile photos Electronic content such as email signatures Internal and external signage Corporate collateral materials such as brochures and catalogs On and off-campus signage such as flagpole banners and building markers Athletic collateral such as recruiting materials A fully developed style guide for COLLEGE use Timeline for completion of outlined milestones Cost Bios for key CONTRACTOR team members that will support this initiative CONTRACTORs should clearly identify in their proposal how they will engage with students, faculty members, administrators, and community members.
