The scope of Services will include, but is not limited to, the following: 3.1 The Vendor shall have 12yd to 15yd rear dump box tandem axle trucks full of fuel and ready to work providing their own fuel. Dump Trucks shall be full of fuel and ready to work, with Vendor providing their own fuel. 3.2 The Vendor shall provide truck operators for two 12 hour shifts working 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and/or 6:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. 3.3 The Vendor shall meet downtown at the given location. 3.4 Trucks must be licensed and able to work on city streets with lights and turn signals. Trucks shall be able to work continuously until the snow emergency event ends and released by the Water Department. 3.5 Qualified selected Vendor will be required to meet with the City Supervisor or Operating Engineer prior to initiating any work.
