Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) issues this request for quotation (RFQ) under the authority of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 39.26. WSDOT reserves the right to modify dates and times. Any changes will be sent electronically as amendments to all users of Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) who downloaded this RFQ. WSDOT is seeking quotes for Winter Sand Material as specified below and on the attached RFQ form. Bidders shall quote a per cubic yard price, comprising all costs for delivery to WSDOT Inventory Control Points (ICPs) as well as quotes for pick-up from vendor sites by WSDOT. Bidders are not required to bid on every ICP and bidders should quote pricing only for the ICPs they are willing and able to deliver to or will call pick-up by WSDOT. WSDOT makes no guarantee that a purchase will occur as a result of this solicitation and does not guarantee minimum or maximum quantities.
