Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Develop and implement a user-friendly online survey or collection tool to collect information from mentoring organizations that captures student demographics and assesses, utilization of best practice programming, and project impact. • Provide a summary report of survey findings including themes, patterns, or trends. • Based on survey feedback, write a literature review of state graduation barrier reduction policies and strategies (10-12 Pages) with recommendations for Washington’s legislature on things they can do to make graduation more attainable (5 pages). Include special considerations for students who are in foster care, involved in the juvenile justice system, receiving special education services under chapter 28A.155 RCW, recent immigrants, homeless, emotionally traumatized, or are facing behavioral health issues, and students deemed at-risk of school failure as identified by a dropout early warning data system or other assessment.
