Credit and debit card payments are accepted at these locations; • Main Administration Office • Vancouver Mall Customer Assistance Office • Mill Plain Transit Center • Mobile Sales using tablet; As the regional public transportation agency for Clark County, Washington, C-TRAN wishes to secure debit and credit merchant processing services. This procurement is for the sole purpose of selecting a qualified firm to process credit and debit card payments accepted by C-TRAN. Proposals received for general banking services or for credit card services contingent on other required services will not be considered.
