1. Design of Visual Assets: • Develop consistent and professional graphic elements and layouts that align with the UW brand (branding guidelines, web page platform and layout options will be provided) for the print and web-based versions of the playbook. • Create infographics, diagrams, and other visuals that effectively illustrate complex processes and concepts within project delivery through easy-to-understand visuals that utilize Unified Modeling Language (UML) and visual hierarchy. • Develop visual assets to effectively communicate processes or process components to different audiences in an engaging, accessible manner. 2. Maintenance and Update Capability: • Editability: Visual assets should be planned and designed to accommodate revisions and updates. Process map format should include Excel data backbone, enabling revisions. • Document Control: Develop and organize the visual asset library, ensuring a structure and proper labeling that follows the Playbook’s Table of Contents. • Design Guidance: Provide templates, source documents, and guidelines for future updates that PDG staff can use for minor revisions or content additions. 3. Collaboration: • Work closely with Owner and Copyeditor to integrate copy into the visual framework seamlessly. • Participate in regular design review meetings with the Owner and Copyeditor, advancing visual assetsto ensure alignment with project goals, stakeholder expectations, and the Playbook’s Table of Contents. • Coordinate with Copyeditor for Playbook finalization for copy fitting and Owner to ensure the smooth integration of the Playbook with the UWF website.
