Provide service oriented and customer focused crowd management services to facilitate a positive fan experience. Contractors must have experience in ticket taking, ushering, conducting bag and person inspections at event entry points, and alcohol enforcement. The requested services for this RFP may include, but are not limited to: • Ticket Takers • Greeters • Seating Ushers • Guest Assistance • Bag-checkers • Security Personnel • Alcohol Enforcement Personnel • Area or Unit Supervisors Prior to July 15 th of each calendar year, EWU will provide a schedule of all Football and Fall Volleyball related events. Prior to October 1st of each year, EWU will provide a schedule of all Basketball related events. Prior to February 1st of each year, EWU will provide a schedule of all Spring Volleyball related events. For all other special event requests, EWU will provide at least 30 days advance notice for scheduling purposes. Football related events at Roos Field typically occur during the months of September, October, and November. Occasionally there may be a football related event in August or December. Fall Volleyball related events at Reese Court typically occur during the months of August, September, October, and November. Spring Volleyball related events at Reese Court typically occur during the month of April. Basketball related events at Reese Court typically occur during the months of December, January, and February. Occasionally there may be a basketball related event in November or March. Special events requiring crowd management may occur throughout the course of the academic year (September – June) and would be hosted in the Pence Union Building (PUB), Reese Court, Roos Field, or the University Recreation Center (URC).
