Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Ensure primary objectives are considered in the performance of duties.•Serve as liaison with designated STA Staff Members and the plan administrator.•Provide ongoing analysis of plan administrator and fund performance with recommendations forenhancements.•Provide reports on quarterly and annual investment performance.•Perform periodic reviews (at least semi-annually) of cost, services, fund lineup, etc.•Conduct ongoing education services and investment research.•Perform ongoing performance analyses.•Recommend periodic adjustment to the funds line-up based on performance.•Provide advice concerning future changes in applicable laws and regulations.•Review the Investment Policy Statement annually and make recommendations for revisions.
