Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition
The U.S. Government intends to add and award a 5-year renewal option using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that is expiring in Lacey, WA at Ecology Building Lacey.
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 3,615 ANSI/BOMA office area and 3 adjacent surface parking spaces. The space must be located within 2 miles of Washington State Department of Ecology and have a local uninterrupted power supply for IT purposes.

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,815
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 10/15/2024 (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
