The complete Scope of Services for this project is included as Attachment A, Scope of Services. The scope of services will include, but is not limited to: • Management of daily bridge operations: recycling and trash removal, pest control, sidewalk snow shoveling/de-icing, • Daily scheduled inspection and litter removal from City maintained areas of bridge between 6-7am and 3-4pm. • Physical plant maintenance and operations including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, DDC controls, security/access controls, fire sprinkler and alarm • Planned and preventative maintenance of all systems and equipment • Capital improvements program • Hazardous materials management • Emergency operations • Contractor employment and oversight for all contractor activities • Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act • Ongoing performance testing to ensure that bridge equipment and systems perform to design standards and provide good environmental quality • Personnel training • Purchasing activities • Accounting and financial reporting
