Provide staff, vehicle, and services to conduct park patrols for the purposes of securing restrooms and access gates as identified by the City in Exhibit D. Propose a schedule and route to complete the closure/lockup tasks based on the park locations provided in Exhibit D and the respective park closing times as provided in Exhibit E or at dusk if not otherwise provided. For each park restroom location complete the following on a nightly basis. • Visually inspect the park between the parking lot and the restroom building, looking for vehicles in unauthorized or closed areas, unoccupied cars, illegal encampments, unauthorized vendors, vandalism, graffiti, lighting issues and other obvious safety issues. • Verbally announce the intention of closing the restroom giving a reasonable amount of time for occupants to exit. Visually inspect the restroom for occupants, vandalism, graffiti, running water and/or other issues with closing. Lock restroom door and repeat if restroom has multiple doors for each door. • Ensure pipe room doors are locked. For each park gate location, complete the following on a nightly basis. • Visually inspect the park around the parking lot, looking for vehicles in unauthorized or closed areas, unoccupied cars, illegal encampments, unauthorized vendors, vandalism, graffiti, lighting issues and other obvious safety issues. • Verbally announce the intention of closing the parking lot gate, notifying any cars remaining in the parking lot giving a reasonable amount of time for car owners to move their cars. • Once the parking lot is empty, except for abandoned vehicles, lock the parking lot gate.
