The selected contractor will be responsible for: • Removal and proper disposal of existing HVAC systems as needed. • Procurement and installation of twenty-five (25) split system HVAC units, including all required components. • Electrical, mechanical, and structural modifications necessary for system integration. • Duct work, piping, insulation, ALERTON controls system decommissioning and installation. • Coordination with District to minimize disruption to school operations. • Testing, balancing, and commissioning of all systems. • Training for designated District personnel on system operation and maintenance. • Compliance with all local, State, and Federal regulations, including new State energy code. • Plan review required with City of Pasco
