This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for courier services for the purpose of transporting Reusable Medical Devices (RMD), both sterile and soiled, between the American Lake VAMC and the Seattle VAMC. , as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Required Sources of Supplies and Services Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13 will be used. The solicitation number is 36C26024Q0750 and is attached. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 effective 02/23/2024 The North American Industry Classification Systems (NSICS) Code is 492110 and the size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. If a Vendor is SDVOSB or VOSB the business shall be verified for ownership and control pursuant to 38 CFR 74 and is so listed in the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ with any applicable attachments and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.
