Kitsap County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive emergency communication platform. The purpose of this platform is to enhance the County’s ability to send and receive emergency notifications and facilitate two-way communication across multiple platforms. This RFP outlines the requirements and expectations for the proposed solution, which will serve approximately 1500 county employees with the ability to scale as needed. 1. Multi-Platform Notifications: The platform must be capable of sending emergency notifications via: o Landline o Cell phone o Email o Text messaging o Teams o Voicemail 2. Web-Based Access: The system must be web-based, providing the County the ability to access the platform via a secure internet connection from any computer, tablet, or smartphone to send out alerts and notifications. 3. Geo-Fencing: Support geo-fencing to control the release of notifications based on location. 11. Cloud-Based Solution: The platform must be cloud-based for scalability and reliability. 12.
