The scope of services including specific tasks to be performed by the Firm under contract include, but are not limited to, providing the items listed below for each site or location: A. Trained, certified, and uniformed officers with a professional appearance and commission to fulfill the requirements of the contract. B. Marked vehicles as required and approved per task assignment. C. All necessary officer equipment and all necessary communication equipment i.e. cellphone, radio. D. Digital guard tour and control system (such as TrackTix, Watchdog, or similar). E. Daily reporting including typed filing (digitally) for every location where services are performed. F. Immediate reporting, notation and digital documentation of any incident or encounter with any type of individual and provided to the responsible staff (varies) no later than the beginning of the next scheduled security shift. G. Immediate reporting, notation, digital documentation, reporting of any suspicious individual(s) or object(s), activity, fence breaks, open gates, unsecured doors, damage or vandalism to City sites, buildings, vehicles, or equipment. Services required may vary depending on site. H. Immediately report any fires/suspicious smells to the proper fire authority and department.
