Preparation of surveys for identified Local Education Agencies (LEAs): 1. Translation of survey content in additional languages. 2. Preparation of different formats for the survey questions (e.g., paper copy, electronic survey, QR codes, postcards, texts, emails, etc.) 3. Testing of the formats to ensure they work. PART II Coordination and dissemination for identified LEAs (approximately ½ of the LEAs in the state each year): 1. Coordinate the dissemination of the surveys through the identified formats (printing, postage, and mailing of the surveys, cover letters, envelopes, emails, texts, postcards, QR codes, etc.). 2. Disseminate surveys to identified LEAs based on a contact list to be provided by OSPI. PART III Score, analyze, and prepare results: 1. Receive and process returned surveys. 2. Sample management, including tracking the responses, cleaning the sample, and finalizing data for analysis and compilation. 3. Clean the data and create a final survey data set. 4. Generate a report of the LEA-level scores for all LEAs participating in the sample using OSPI’s identified scoring criteria and screen out any data that raises confidentiality or identifiability issues. 5. Report final state, regional Educational Service District (ESD), and LEA results to the Superintendent’s designee electronically via email. Reports will include both demographic and item analysis. 6. Provide an analysis of the response rate by demographic area, including representativeness of the survey sample and potential non-response bias evident in the results
