• Schedule and attend bi-weekly project management and coordination meetings with the consultant to coordinate on ongoing work efforts. Meeting frequency may increase to weekly at times. • Attend meetings with county, region (PSRC), and state (Commerce, WDFW, Ecology, etc.) agency representatives throughout various stages of the project. • Respond to requests for pertinent, relevant information on utilities to the consultant, including but not limited to the latest systems plans/comprehensive planning documents, lists of contacts for utilities providers, and other information. • Create and manage project webpage (speakupauburn.gov) with information from the consultant. • Complete all noticing requirements for EIS Scoping, DEIS, and FEIS. • Plan and coordinate EIS scoping and DEIS/Planned Action public meetings. • Plan and coordinate formal public review of final Subarea Plan and Planned Action Ordinance, as well as and presentations to City Council, as well as involved City boards and commissions related to the formal adoption process for the subarea plan • Coordinate/facilitate the review of EIS Scoping, DEIS, and FEIS related documents with various City departments. • Coordinate and resolve any conflicting comments from the various stakeholders. • Schedule internal (city meetings) to discuss project as needed.
