The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek information from Vendors of Student Success Software Solutions. The college system recently implemented a single instance ERP solution (ctcLink) which is a customized version of PeopleSoft. All college/agency records are contained centrally with a mixture of global and local configurations throughout. This includes all three pillars of PeopleSoft; HCM, CS, and FSCM. We plan to use what we learn in this process to guide our work on an RFP geared toward contracting with a Vendor for a unified opt-in student success tool. The primary purpose of the student success tool is to enhance and support academic progress, academic planning, and student achievement. We would like the tool to provide insights into disaggregated student performance, engagement, and behavior, allowing for interventions and support. Key objectives include improving retention, graduation rates, and providing a positive e-learning environment. It must be accessible, utilize data analytics, provide for communication tools, and enable educators and institutions to proactively address challenges, identify opportunities, and contribute to the well-being and success of students.
