• Daily snapshot of enrollment data and trends delivered in a “single pane of glass” • Visualizations to include growth/decline, headcount, credit hours, trend comparisons and demographics • Ability to track the progression of each student through the enrollment funnel • Actionable insights identifying students at-risk for proactive intervention and success • Deliver better insights into the full student lifecycle from admissions to graduation/completion • Greater understanding of faculty performance as it relates to student success • Track Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion metrics for diverse prospective student populations • Navigate complex finance and budget situations with dynamic "what if" scenario modeling • Optimize marketing efforts to ensure the most impactful channels and activities are delivering optimal ROI • Bring in external data such as surveys, Integrated Post-Secondary Education Data System, IPEDS and National Student Clearinghouse to further enhance outcomes • Analytic solutions need to be accurate, easy-to-use, secure and actionable • Greater understanding of faculty performance as it relates to student success • Establish a unified data platform including data pipelines to needed data sources • Options for Budget Forecasting, Marketing Effectiveness, or Generative or Predictive AI Solution in second and third years of the contract • Provide information and functionality in mobile device and small form-factor environments. • Provide data loading processes, data quality assurance and integration services for external data sources. • Identify and correct data errors and inconsistencies within dashboard elements. • Ensure data security and database platform security including de-identification and encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate.
