Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposals will be reviewed and considered from suppliers meeting the following minimum qualifications: Must be located in the Puget Sound region of Washington State. Must have delivery and pick up services. Must have installation services. Must have at least one employee with a graphic design degree (AD or higher) or equivalent experience. FTP site/web-based service/tools (Dropbox or similar) to support large file transfer and receipt for customers. Must turn around quotes within 2 business days on HFS Common Projects. (Starting on page 12 of the RFP document). Have been in the commercial signage business for at least 5 years. Working knowledge of current ADA signage related codes. References from three to four customers with similar needs and scale. Working experience using Adobe Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and etc…) Working experience using layers material with acrylic and variety of thickness. Working experience with metal 3-dimensional signage. Working experience with exterior/interior building signage and different methods of installation, including secured/anti-thief hardware. Vendor shall be experienced working with different building materials and different installation methods. Working experience with metal signage. Vendor to provide exact color matching using PMS colors or Paint manufacturer (if requested by HFS).
