1. Supply an online platform that provides easy use for DSHS employees. 2. Supply an online platform that provides security and confidentiality regarding client health information. 3. Supply an online platform with the ability to enter all the information required by the VA for billing in a UB04 format. 4. Supply an online platform that gives real time feedback on submissions including but not limited to any formatting errors and if there is any missing required information. 5. Retains historical submission information with the ability for DSHS to quickly access this information. DSHS needs to be able to view individual entries and be able to have report style data. DSHS need to be able to copy/utilize information on old submissions to more quickly generate new submissions. 6. Provide information on paid and rejected claims including but not limited to the claim number, client information and dollar amounts. The platform needs to retain historical payment information as well. DSHS need to be able to view this for both individual entries and in a report style format. 7. If a claim is rejected, DSHS needs to be able to open the submitted claim, fix errors and resubmit. 8. Provide quality service in the online billing platform including hands on training to DSHS employees on how to utilize the program. In addition, DSHS should have quick access to a company representative to answer any questions or help clear issues with the online platform.
