The total quantity listed in this solicitation is an estimate. WSDOT makes no guarantee that a purchase will occur as a result of this solicitation and does not guarantee minimum or maximum quantities. Contaminants exceeding the material requirement specified above shall be justifiable cause for rejection of the material at the sole discretion of WSDOT. If contaminants are discovered in the material already delivered to the WSDOT ICPs, the material shall be removed by and at the expense of the vendor.
