A. Project or Task Objectives To provide ongoing hosting and maintenance, as required, for SCC’s new website. Hosting should be based on a high availability model with 99.999% uptime. B. Maintenance Contractor will provide services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below: 1. Provide a maintenance schedule, including a list of tasks accomplished during maintenance. 2. Ensure the site, plugins, and integrations stay current and functional. 3. Fix any layout or script errors. 4. Troubleshoot website issues as needed, including any technical communication with the hosting company. 5. Contractor will be available for ongoing technical support and services, hosting, and security. For ongoing technical support such as help building forms or using the CMS tools, include pricing and turnaround time. C. Content Contractor will place new copy and images as directed. This includes: 1. Preparing images 2. Removing old or elapsed content 3. Ensuring styling consistency in all screen sizes 4. Addressing changes (buttons, lists, links, etc.) as needed.
