This is a multi-port / multi-vlan request. 1) Vendor to deliver 2 ports / 2 vlans - one vlan per port. 2) CTS / WaTech will assign vlan numbers on Tech Order. 3) Vendor to clearly label their handoff device at the end site, with the CTS / WaTech provided site name. 4) Vendor to provide the vlan to port assignment details with the completion notice. For example - vlan A on port 1, vlan B on port 2, etc. 5) Vendor to provide an aggregate circuit at the bandwidth specified in this RFQ. CTS / WaTech will police and shape the traffic for each vlan; Per DSHS, the building owner will not allow equipment mounted above six feet from the ground on the building exterior. DSHS requires the use of existing pathways and DSHS requires vendor's installation drawing prior to work being done. Customer is requesting installation of vendor equipment capable for future upgrade; 1. Install extended handoff to within 10 feet of DFW edge device per site contact. 2. Permission from building contact is required to alter the building in any way (affixing, penetrations, etc.) 3. 48-hour lead time required for site access with company and technician name included in access request. Bring photo ID. All persons are required to comply with DFW's COVID precautions. 4. Power & space constraints at the DMARC; extend if necessary. Work with site, and DFW IT for best solution.
