The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20), is conducting market research on behalf of the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) to identify potential contractors capable of facility water quality testing for VA medical facilities and clinics. The WSNC is comprised of Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISN s) 17, 19, 20, 21, and 22. VISN 17: Texas, Eastern New Mexico. VISN 19: Montana, Wyoming, Eastern Idaho, Eastern Nevada, Utah and Colorado. VISN 20: Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska. VISN 21: Northern California, Nevada, Hawaii Islands, Philippines Islands, Guam and American Samoa. VISN 22: Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, Southern Colorado To be considered a responsive and potential source, interested parties shall provide a capabilities statement containing the following information: Business name, address, point of contact, phone number and email address. Business size, type, and SAM Unique Identifier Number Affirmation that the vendor is capable of performing in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The vendor shall provide a list of tests that they can provide. The vendor shall indicate if they can provide a Web Based data management program with Management Dashboards as outlined in paragraph 8.7 of the Statement of Work. The vendor shall provide copies of certificate from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Environmental Legionella Isolation Techniques Evaluation (ELITE) Program as proficient at performing the culture of Legionella from environmental samples. The vendor shall provide proof of environmental microbiology accreditation by a nationally recognized accrediting body (e.g., EMLAP, NELAP). The vendor shall identify which locations of the WSNC areas they can service with their existing capabilities. Additionally, contractors can provide feedback on the attached statement of work, which may be considered if a solicitation is posted.
