The Student Success, Policy, and Planning unit, which encompasses the Office of the Registrar and Academic Planning, is seeking proposals for an integrated software package tailored to enhance our academic operations. This software should include modules that allow for the creation, modification, and tracking of changes of individual academic courses and programs, as well as changes in our digital academic catalog. Additionally, it should facilitate the scheduling and management of course sections while ensuring seamless communication between these modules and our student information system (SIS). A robust data bridge is essential for the effective exchange of information, enabling us to push and pull data as needed. A successful proposal will include a historical record of curriculum changes, as well as a robust reporting engine for curriculum, scheduling, and catalog changes.
