Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Bremerton Housing Authority (BHA) is soliciting the services of a Yardi Approved Independent Consultant to assist in finalizing implementation of Rent Café. The Consultant will also create training resources and train 3 to 5 power users that will instruct BHA’s staff. The Consultant will be expected to take the lead with Yardi, follow up on action items, and assist in resolving implementation issues through completion. The Consultant is expected to communicate effectively and regularly with BHA’s IT & Business Systems Manager, Process Improvement Manager, and other key staff on project development, schedule, and report on communications with Yardi. The Yardi Consultant may be requested to assist with implementation or troubleshooting of other Yardi products, such as Procure to Pay, Vendor Café, Marketplace & Mobile Maintenance. BHA is seeking proposals from qualified Yardi Approved Independent Consultants to: 4.1.1 Complete implementation of the following: • PHA Resident Portal (Currently 60% complete) • PHA Landlord Portal (Currently 25% complete) • PHA Compliance Exchange (Currently 5% complete) • Full Suite of Rent Café Affordable (Currently 0% complete) 4.1.2 Provide training materials/resources for the above for use in staff instruction. 4.1.3 Train 3 to 5 Yardi power users on Rent Café products. 4.1.4 Identify & make recommendations for areas of process improvement throughout the implementation project. 4.1.5 Act as project lead and liaison between BHA & Yardi to resolve implementation issues. 4.1.6 Communicate regularly with IT & Business Systems Manager, Process Improvement Manager, and other designated staff. 4.1.7 Provide support on existing or implementation of other Yardi tools. 4.1.8 Potentially provide several on-site training sessions.
