3.1 HARDWARE: 3.1.1 Vendor will remove, provide and replace 1 existing Trane BCU Supervisory device. 3.1.2 Vendor will remove, provide and replace 32 VAV terminal box controllers. 3.1.3 Vendor will provide and install a wall temperature sensor. 3.1.4 Vendor will provide and install a duct mounted discharge temperature sensor. 3.1.5 Vendor will provide and install ethernet communication wire to each controller. 3.1.6 Vendor will replace, provide and install 1 exhaust fan controller. 3.2 SOFTWARE: Vendor will furnish, install, integrate, and program all required software to run the HVAC control system. 3.3 TRAINING AND SUPPORT: 3.3.1 Vendor shall provide two hours of customer training. 3.3.2 Vendor shall provide Customer Service Support for a period of one year.
