350 Mentoring Licenses; To ensure a smooth transition and maintain operational continuity, the awarded vendor shall be responsible for providing a minimum of (20) twenty hours comprehensive training to personnel per year for the term of the contract (initial year and optional renewed terms). This training shall encompass all aspects of the product/service implementation, system operation, updates to software systems, and any associated procedures. In the event of a change in vendors or products, the awarded vendor shall collaborate closely with the incoming vendor to facilitate effective knowledge transfer, guaranteeing uninterrupted services and productivity. The training shall be interactive, addressing practical and operational needs, and will be recorded and made accessible for ongoing use by the Agency as a refresher or for the training of additional personnel or licensees.
