The U.S. Government intends to renew a lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration in Lewisburg, WV at Greenbriar Valley Airport Passenger Terminal.
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 714 ANSI/BOMA occupant area. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
Interested parties must provide the name of the airport, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, estimated rental rate, demonstration of ability to meet additional requirements and contact information of authorized representative.
