he Public Service Commission of West Virginia (Agency) is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract for certified electrician services. Vendor shall perform general electrical services on an as needed basis. The PSC has two office buildings and a parking garage located in downtown Charleston, WV. The main building is located at 201 Brooks St. and is approximately 56,000 square feet, with 200 offices and several conference rooms. The three story parking garage is connected to the main building. The second building is adjacent to the main building, separated by a shared parking lot, and is located at 1116 Quarrier St. This facility is approximately 15,000 square feet, with 30 offices and two conference rooms.
