General Staffing: Vendor shall provide qualified, trained security guards to the WVVH. Vendor shall provide the following services including, but not limited to: 3.1.1.1.1 security services for buildings, facilities, grounds, parking, and rights-of-ways for employees and visitors, customers, and vendors. 3.1.1.1.2 emergency response (contact local law enforcement, local emergency services, etc. 3.1.1.1.3 patrol/rover monitoring services (building, grounds, parking, etc. 3.1.1.1.4 report damages, leaks, falling debris, etc. 3.1.1.1.5 access control. 3.1.1.1.6 technology control station monitoring. 3.1.1.1.7 briefings, as requested by the WVVH. 3.1.1.1.8 laying salt for safety on walkways as a first response to inclement weather conditions. 3.1.1.1.9 facilitating vendor access to buildings outside of business hours. 3.1.1.1.10unlocking resident doors as needed. 3.1.1.1.11escorting visitors, vendors, residents, and staff on, off, and throughout the property as needed. 3.1.1.1.12other related security/monitoring services as needed...
