Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposed Plugging Work Plan: 1. Notify Project Coordinator (PC) within 24 hours of plugging commencement. 2. Move in and rig up to existing 6 ⅝” casing. 3. Trip in hole (TIH), and pull all 2” tubing and packer if found. 4. TIH and check total depth (TD) @ or below 1550’. If TD cannot be reached, begin cleaning out hole to PC approved depth. 5. Once TD has been reached and / or approved by PC, a bond log will be ran inside the 6 ⅝” casing to determine cement bond location and free points. Any casing found without cement in the annulus that cannot be retrieved must be perforated at all required locations. 6. TIH to TD @ 1550’ with tubing, spot 6% gel followed by cement from 1550’ to 1300’. Trip out hole (TOH), wait on cement (WOC), and then tag top of plug. Add cement if needed. 7. TIH and free point the 6 ⅝” casing. If the casing cannot be removed, perforate at location approved by PC. 8. TIH with tubing, spot gel from 1300’ to 1050’ followed by cement plug from 1050’ to 800’. TOH, WOC, and tag top of cement plug. Add cement if needed. 9. TIH with tubing, spot gel from 800’ to 625’ followed by cement plug from 625’ to 525’. TOH, WOC, and tag top of cement plug. Add cement if needed. 10. TIH with tubing, spot gel from 525’ to 450’ followed by cement plug from 450’ to 250’. TOH, WOC, and tag top of cement plug. Add cement if needed. 11. TIH with tubing to 250’ and pump cement to surface. 12. Rig down and install monument. Reclaim site.
