The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Post-Secondary Education Services at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) located in Alderson, West Virginia. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611210 (Junior Colleges) with a size standard of $22 million. This requirement is solicited as unrestricted.
The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-types contract with firm fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a 12 month base year with four 12 month option years for renewal at the discretion of the Government and a 6 month extension. Specific details about quantities and etc. will be included in the solicitation for each year.
All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work.
