Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 The vendor shall plow and de-ice the parking lot and sidewalk. 3.1.1.1 Reimbursement will be determined by the following snowfall totals per removal: 2 inches and under, 2.1 inches to 6 inches, 6.1 inches to 10 inches, 10.1 inches to 14 inches and over 14 inches. 3.1.1.2 Cindering will be done immediately after plowing. 3.1.1.3 In the event of an evening/night snowfall, parking lot and sidewalk will be clear by 8:00 AM EST. 3.1.1.4 Snow will be disposed of in accordance with all applicable state and local regulations, ordinances, and anti-pollution laws, including OSHA. 3.1.1.5 If completed during normal business hours, the vendor will obtain approval that the job has been completed to the agency’s satisfaction before leaving the site. 3.1.1.6 If the snowfall would begin in the day during business hours, the vendor will respond within an hour of being notified that their services are needed.
