1) Contractor shall be responsible for securing all required permits. 2) The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for all work included in this RFP. 3) All trees 4 inches DBH and up are to be harvested. Purchaser will remove as much pulpwood or firewood as possible. All tops to be less than 2 feet above ground level. 4) The contractor shall exercise appropriate and reasonable care to ensure that no damage will occur to the surrounding properties and will be fully responsible for any damage caused by tree and brush operations. Replacement, repair, or restoration of damaged areas by the contractor that occurs as a result of operations performed by the contractor will be the responsibility of the contractor. These improvements shall be repaired or replaced to a condition as good or better than the original condition.
