0.1 The A/E building assessment of the existing Brown County Fairgrounds consists of 5 buildings and a total of 55,340 square feet. The buildings are barns used for animals and do not have HVAC systems, and are used seasonally. • Cattle Barn – 13,940 SF • Horse Barn – 19,200 SF • Horse Barn 2 – 3,600 SF • Judging Barn – 6,000 SF • Sheep/Swine/Poultry/Small Animal Barn – 12,600 SF 0.2 The A/E shall assess all assets and systems integral to the listed facilities and conduct an ASTM ADA Tier II Accessibility Survey (detailed in 0.3) connected to and up to 5 feet from the exterior structure of the building. 0.3 The A/E shall conduct a review following the ASTM Tier II Accessibility Survey to determine space adherence to the applicable ADA standards. These items include the review of: • Parking: Counts and basic measurements of parking spaces • Ramps: Ramp slopes and lengths • Landings: Landings for ramps • Handrails: Handrails for stairs. • Stairs: Stairs and their accessibility. No stairs are currently present. • Doorways: Doorways and their accessibility • Signage: Visual inspection of signage • Path of travel: Visual inspection of the path of travel
