Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Oconomowoc Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department is seeking a proposal related to the construction of a Lifeguard Area/Restrooms/Concession Area building (the “Concession Stand”) and for the management and operation of the Concession Stand during daily hours of operation 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M., Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather dependent. The successful bidder (“concessionaire”) shall lease the Lifeguard Area and Restrooms to the City for a period of ten (10) years. After the initial term, ownership will be transferred to the City. The City will concurrently execute a ten (10) year operating agreement for management of the Concession Stand, with an option to extend the operating agreement for five (5) years.
