Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Providing continuous GPS inmate monitoring equipment to Waukesha County • Providing services that include installation, monitoring, and de-installation of the devices used to monitor location and alcohol consumption • Notification determined through a service level agreement of inmate violations which include but are not limited to, loss of GPS signal, exclusion zone violations, alcohol consumption violation, low/critical battery level violations, and device removal/tampering violations • Providing a notification system for band removal that is different than the GPS signal due to building interference • Providing equipment with the ability to take a picture of the individual using the remote breathalyzer device • Notifications for violations should be made to the appropriate party within fifteen minutes or less of the violation • Providing a location within Waukesha County, open during regular business hours, for inmates to report for installation and de-installation of the monitoring devices • Managing all inventory and ensure an adequate number of spare monitoring devices are available at no cost to Waukesha County • Conducting an orientation with each inmate explaining the program and all of the device functions and maintenance needs • Providing customer service to the inmates for their equipment 24 hours per day as needed • Weekly contact with inmates that will include equipment inspections, changes to employment status or work schedule changes, and drug testing if required by Waukesha County • Monitoring inmates 24-7-365 using a software program that is available in "View Only" form to Waukesha County • Collecting any costs from inmates for lost or stolen equipment used by the respondent • Providing notification to Waukesha County when an inmate has returned their equipment and is no longer being monitored • Providing notification of all communications and alerts that are NOT violations on a daily basis
