Specifications include, but are not limited to: Overview The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to select one or more vendors to provide SWIB’s Finance, Human Resources, and Recruiting divisions with a premium, robust, powerful, heavily task automated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, to better align with our critical business needs, complex goals, and long-term strategy. Vendors have the option to provide information pertaining to their systems for: Finance module ; Human Resources/Recruiting module ; Both modules ; Implementation fee (all inclusive – training, education, service, support, ongoing annual maintenance fee, etc.) ; The vendor, along with its partners, must have completed 20 (twenty) or more Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations for financial institutions. The system must house the General Ledger, Chart of Accounts and integrated Finance and Accounting related modules. The system must be able to create requisitions and track them through their lifecycle via automated workflows. The system must be able to create purchase orders and track them through their lifecycle via automated workflows. The system must have Accounts Payable functionality to record, pay and post invoices, accrue expenses and track journal entries through their lifecycle via automated workflows. The system must interface with Concur Travel management system. The system must have the ability to perform budgeting, budget vs actuals, variance analysis, what-if scenario analysis, forecasting and an excel add-on functionality which directly interfaces with the system. The system must have the ability to allocate costs to underlying cost objects such as portfolios, funds, services and employees via different methodologies.
