Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Green Bay Area Public School District is seeking and accepting bids for HVAC upgrades for the below project: John Dewey Academy of Learning, 701 Cherry Street, Green Bay, WI 54301; All temperature control work required to extend the existing (OR UPGRADED) temperature controls to replacement equipment specified within these documents shall be bid as part of the heating contractors bid amount. The Heating & Temperature controls contractors shall provide all materials and labor required to provide fully operational chiller plant, boiler plant, VAV replacement Air Handling units and building air pressure balance using existing and/or upgraded replacement DDC/BAS wiring and systems. B. Project demolition shall include the removal of TWO, (2) 30 Ton Split system chiller plants. Replacement Chilled water plant shall consist of (1) packaged air cooled water chiller mounted on grade and new base mounted pumps to be located within the 1989 building. (See proposed chiller location on previous sheet) C. Project demolition shall include the removal of TWO, (2) Boiler plants. Replacement Boiler plant shall consist of (2) Condensing boilers and new base mounted pumps to be located within the 1977 building. D. Project demolition shall include the removal of TWO, (2) Hot deck, Cold deck Multi-Zone air handling units located within the 1977 Building. Replacement systems shall be Variable Air Volume (VAV) air handling units and hot water reheat terminal units.
