High Reynolds number flow facility Design and extension of an existing wind tunnel facility. The minimum extension required is 10.2 m in length. The internal size of the test section will have a width of 48"+3/8 (size +Clearance in inches to place 48inches plywood) and 32 inch high + 3/8 inches of clearance so 32+3/8 inches. The height of the test section will be 89.2 cm and will match and mate the convergent section presently installed at the UW Madison tunnel. In total, five (5) sections are to be designed, to attain the cumulative length of 10.2 m. In total 4 test section of length 2.5 m and a fifth test section of length 0.2 m are to be made. The fifth 0.2 m test section is to be made of pure stainless steel painted in Red (UW Madison Red). All the test sections will have adjustable feet and installed on castors. The individual sections will mate and seal to avoid any leakage between the test sections. Pressure loses between each section will be within 25 pascals of static pressure for a dynamic pressure rise of 2500 Pascals.
